With this total the brand has beat out sales from last November by nearly 4 percent and with the end of the year almost here the Nissan Division\u2019s year to date sales are on the rise as well. As of the end of last month total sales for the year had reached 1,227,213 units which is 5.4 percent more than the total as of the end of November in 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Along with the outstanding overall sales total, the Nissan Division is happy to report that light truck sales for November reached a combined total of 43,283 units, which is 15.4 percent higher than last year. Additionally, several cars saw an impressive sale increase over last November.
