The vehicle earned five stars in the rollover, front, and side NHTSA crash tests in order to achieve this impressive overall rating. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The 2017 Nissan Maxima is equipped with a number of standard safety features such as traction control, brake assist, vehicle dynamic control, antilock brakes, and six airbags.
