In terms of year-to-date sales the Nissan Division saw a six percent increase with total sales for the year reaching 969,865 as of the end of August. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Rogue was the top selling model for the month with sales up 19.2 percent to reach a new August record of 32,979 units sold. Additionally, the Murano also set a new August record with sales up 29 percent to reach 7,482 units. The Frontier had the best year-over-year sales increase of 161.6 percent after it reached 9,537 units sold by the end of the month reaching a total of 9,537 units.
