COVID-19 Steps taken for
our customers and team members.
Our Valued Clients,
It is always our pleasure to serve you for your automotive needs. At Younger Motorcars, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. To that end, we have consistently followed all applicable Federal and State guidelines regarding COVID-19, and we will continue to do so.
Sanitation.
We are following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations and have also increased our cleaning efforts at all our dealerships. We have an outside disinfection company cleaning daily, as well as hourly cleanings completed by our Associates, all touch point areas such as showroom, customer lounge waiting areas, receiving lanes, restrooms as well as vehicle sanitation for test drives and service appointments.
SUPPLIES.
Younger has commissioned sanitation stations in our receiving lanes for service with disinfection wipes available. Additionally, our staff members are wearing gloves while in your vehicles.
GREETINGS.
In light of recent actions by the CDC and Governor Hogan, customers and employees who have been fully vaccinated may choose to wear, or not wear masks while in our building or operating Younger Motorcars’ vehicles. We have advised all Younger Associates to avoid physical contact with customers (handshakes and hugs) and maintain a 6 ft distance while wearing a mask. We are happy you are here and glad to help you with your needs, we just want to ensure we follow all CDC guidelines on social contact.
GUEST VEHICLES.
Associates have begun using gloves, floor mats and plastic wraps on guest vehicles with masks. These items will not be removed until your vehicle is returned to you by an Associate wearing gloves and masks.
LOANER VEHICLES.
Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using proper cleaning supplies after each guest use.
TEAM MEMBER HEALTH.
Younger Associates will not be permitted to come to work if sick, and will only be permitted to return to work after being self-quarantined and with a doctor’s certification if they have been exposed to COVID-19 or travel recently to a high impact area.
SOCIAL DISTANCING.
We continue to practice Social Distancing as much as possible. In the Finance Office for purchase settlement, we have plexi-glass dividers for additional Safety.
CONTACTLESS SALES & SERVICE.
We now offer both with pickup & delivery and online bill payments as well as our Younger Express Purchase completely online.
