The 2017 TITAN half-ton builds on the foundation of design innovation established by the original Titan full-size pickup, including bed and cab features that are now industry standard, and the rugged workhorse sensibility of the new TITAN XD.

The Active Lifestyle Vehicle Awards (ALV) are an annual on-road and off-road vehicle evaluation program that were held October 21-22 in Chandler, Arizona this year. More than 50 Southwest-based and national automotive and active lifestyle media and athletically focused consumers were the judges this year and they awarded Nissan two of the most coveted awards. The all-new 2017 Nissan Armada full-size SUV was the top vehicle in the Ā “Luxury Family” category while the 2017 Nissan TITAN PRO-4X full-size pickup took home the “Extreme Off-Roadā€ award.

“Nissan trucks and SUVs are designed to be ‘adventure ready,’ whether tackling a challenging off-road trail or just loaded up with recreational equipment to take the family to a trailhead or lake,” said Fred Diaz, division vice president and general manager, North America Trucks and Light Commercial Vehicles, Nissan North America, Inc. “We’re honored by the latest recognition by this independent group of active lifestyle media and enthusiasts.”
