Lets’ agree – “The Best” is a strong statement.

We would never go around saying we are the “Best Nissan Dealership” United States, or even in the NorthEast. We could say we’re the best Nissan dealership in Frederick, MD but then again we are the only Nissan dealership in Frederick, MD so that wouldn’t exactly be fair. 🙂

Warning: not all of our reviews are perfect reviews. We do employee humans here at Frederick Nissan 🙂 and sometimes, just sometimes people have a bad day and don’t always offer the level of service we would like to offer each and everyday day. But rest assure, we sure do our best.

We do our best to be everything to every customer, but there are time we run into the occasional instance where we mess up or are unable to meet ones expectations. Sometimes a potential customer is looking to get more for their trade than what we are prepared to offer or what the local market conditions are dictating. Sometimes when we recommend a service or scheduled maintenance, it may comes across to some that we are “overselling”.
