The 2016 Nissan LEAF® is available in three trim level options that are all equipped with an electric power system. Some of the features that are available on these trims include Hill Start Assist, Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System, Vehicle Dynamic Control, Cruise Control, Heated Front Seats, USB Connection Port, Hands-Free Text Messaging Assistant, NissanConnect℠with Navigation and Mobile Apps, HomeLink® Universal Transceiver, and RearView Monitor.
Scheduled Maintenance At Younger Nissan of Frederick
At Younger Nissan of Frederick, we understand that one of the most crucial aspects to keeping your Nissan working in top order is staying on top of the regular maintenance schedule for your vehicle. Nissan Announces Possible Release of EV SUV
The Nissan LEAF has been a huge staple for not only the Nissan brand but for the world of electric vehicles overall. Now, Nissan is looking to expand their EV lineup with the possible release of an electric version of the Nissan Juke or Nissan Rogue. In doing so they would be expanding the options of each of these popular models and the EV lineup to now include a more efficient SUV.
Currently, there are almost no options available to anyone who is looking for an SUV and an EV which means that an electric version of one or both of these vehicles would big a big step forward for the Nissan brand by providing the public with an options that is not currently available to them.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recently evaluated the 2017 Nissan Maxima in their new car assessment program and the vehicle was presented with their highest-possible rating; a five-star overall safety rating. The vehicle earned five stars in the rollover, front, and side NHTSA crash tests in order to achieve this impressive overall rating.
The 2017 Nissan Maxima is equipped with a number of standard safety features such as traction control, brake assist, vehicle dynamic control, antilock brakes, and six airbags. The higher trim levels also offer a few additional safety systems such as rear cross-traffic alert system, Forward-collision alert system, Driver Attention Alert system, and blind-spot warning system.

Record June Sales Announced By Nissan
Several Nissan vehicles set new June sales records last month, including the Altima, Rogue, and Versa. June sales for the Altima increased 3.6 percent reaching 30,475 units while June sales for the Rogue increased 26 percent reaching 29,246 units, and June sales for the Versa increased 44 percent reaching 14,683 units.
In addition to these individual highlights total June sales for the Nissan Division overall were up 13.4 percent with 129,495 units. For the first half of the year sales were up 9.1 percent with 733,136 units.
More Highlights:
- Sales of the 370Z totaled 593 units
- Sales of the NV200 increased 14 percent to reach 1,665 units
- Sales of the Frontier increased 84 percent to reach 8,166 units
- Sales of the Maxima increased 22 percent to reach 4,923 units
- Sales of the Murano increased 7 percent to reach 5,665 units
- Sales of the Juke totaled 2,524 units
- Sales of the Pathfinder totaled 5,737 units
