Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) has announced that starting today, their new Director of Group Communications will be Kristina Adamski. She is now responsible for handling the North American communication activities for the Nissan Group and will be reporting directly to Vice President of Corporate Communications, NNA David Reuter. The types of communication activities that she will be responsible for include multicultural communications, crisis communications, manufacturing, corporate social responsibility, corporate, and labor and policy communications.

Adamski started out her career in communication by working at Delphi Energy and Chassis Systems. From there, she went to Weber Shandwick where she was in charge of projects for their General Motors client in China and the U.S. Lastly, she served as the leader of Global Manufacturing and Labor Communications at Ford Motor Company before coming to join the Nissan team.

“We are pleased to have Kristina join the Nissan team and continue the transformation of our corporate communications activities,” said Reuter. “Kristina brings more than 12 years of strong global automotive experience to the role, and she is an ideal person to lead our efforts to tell Nissan’s story of investment, growth and success in North America.”
