Younger Nissan of Frederick

Jan 12, 2016

Last year turned out to be a rather successful sales year for the Nissan Division as they set a new all-time record with 1,351,420 vehicles sold throughout the year. Not only is this a new record for the brand but it is also 6.4 percent higher than the 1,269,565 vehicles that the Nissan Division sold in 2014. In addition to a record-breaking sales year, the brand also set a new sales record in December finishing out the month with 124,207 vehicles sold, up 18 percent over last year.

Along with the overall sales record set in 2015 and for December, several of the brand models experienced the same record-breaking success. The Rogue, Versa, NV, and NV200 all experienced their best-ever December and annual sales as well.

Sales of the Rogue reached 26,479 units in December and 287,190 for the year, the Versa sold 11,058 units in December and 144,528 units for the year, NV sales reached 1,924 units in December and 16,958 for the year, and NV200 sales reached 1,781 units in December and 17,317 units for the year.

Additionally, the Murano and Sentra also set new December records reaching 7,083 units and 19,760 units respectively,
