Record June Sales Announced By Nissan
Several Nissan vehicles set new June sales records last month, including the Altima, Rogue, and Versa. June sales for the Altima increased 3.6 percent reaching 30,475 units while June sales for the Rogue increased 26 percent reaching 29,246 units, and June sales for the Versa increased 44 percent reaching 14,683 units.
In addition to these individual highlights total June sales for the Nissan Division overall were up 13.4 percent with 129,495 units. For the first half of the year sales were up 9.1 percent with 733,136 units.
More Highlights:
- Sales of the 370Z totaled 593 units
- Sales of the NV200 increased 14 percent to reach 1,665 units
- Sales of the Frontier increased 84 percent to reach 8,166 units
- Sales of the Maxima increased 22 percent to reach 4,923 units
- Sales of the Murano increased 7 percent to reach 5,665 units
- Sales of the Juke totaled 2,524 units
- Sales of the Pathfinder totaled 5,737 units

Unexpected Pop Ups Are No Match For Nissan Altima
Nissan has released a series of new advertisements as part of their new âTake Onâ campaign for the 2016 lineup. This campaign includes advertisements that show that their vehicles are capable of handling anything thanks to the different safety and performance features and systems that are available in their vehicles. In one of these spots, called âPop Up,â we see an Altima heading down the street and a variety of different obstacles keep popping up along the way leading to potential issues. These obstacles include someone texting and walking, construction, animals, an accident, and much more. Yet, every time one of these unexpected issues pops up in their path the driver is able to avoid a collision thanks to the Forward Emergency Braking system which is part of Nissanâs Intelligent Safety Shield Technologies.
